01 Agreement to Protocols
By accessing PacificEdgeIntel.digital, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Pacific Edge Intelligence. These terms govern your interaction with our public-facing digital interfaces and the underlying edge intelligence descriptions provided herein.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are directed to cease all use of this site immediately. Continued use constitutes a clear acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and consented to these conditions. We reserve the right to revise these protocols at any time to reflect changes in Australian data regulations or our internal analytics deployments.

All content on this site—including proprietary analytics methodology, software code snippets, text descriptions, visual interfaces, and the "Pacific Edge Intelligence" brand marks—is the exclusive property of Pacific Edge Intelligence or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the materials for informational purposes. This license does not include the right to scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from our edge intelligence systems for the purpose of training machine learning models or competing commercial interests without explicit written authorization.

04 Scope of Liability
Pacific Edge Intelligence provides its digital presence and informational analytics "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high-signal accuracy, we do not warrant that the information on this site is complete, reliable, or current at all times of access.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Law, Pacific Edge Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our digital services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss or interruption of business operations.
05 Jurisdiction & Governance
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney.
If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining legal framework.
